Helpful tips to avoid errors during the registration process:
- Clear your browser’s cache before registering
- Avoid using Safari as your browser – Google Chrome is best
- When possible, use an incognito window to avoid errors due to caching conflicts

REGISTRATION – SINGLES/DANCE
**NEW** Skate Ontario is using a new registration platform, SkateReg. All skaters will need to create a SkateReg account to register for any event this season. For detailed instructions on how to create your SkateReg account, please click here.

Assigned Athlete Registration – Registration for Assigned Athletes will open at 12:00 PM (Noon) ET Thursday, October 31, 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM ET Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Public Registration – Public Registration for all categories will open at 12:00 PM ET Monday, November 11, 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM ET Sunday, November 17, 2024.
REGISTRATION – SYNCHRO
**NEW** Skate Ontario is using a new registration platform, SkateReg. All skaters will need to create a SkateReg account to register for any event this season.
Team Registrars should review the Team Registration Instructions prior to completing registration to become familiar with the process.
Synchro Team Registration – Registration for Synchro Teams will open at 12:00 PM (Noon) ET Thursday, October 31, 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM ET Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Team Rosters must be completed by November 21, 2024.
MUSIC UPLOAD
Music upload will be through SkateReg, Skate Ontario’s Event Registration system. The deadline to upload your music is Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 11:59pm. All late submissions will be subject to a late fee.
Skaters should bring a USB back-up of their music. This should be kept rink-side with their coach for quick access if needed.

Note: Planned Program Content (PPC) is not collected at the STAR 1-4 level.
TEAM MANAGER & CHAPERONE ACCREDITATION
Accreditation tags for the 2024-2025 season have not changed. Synchro teams who have received their Black Team Manager and Chaperone accreditation tags from either the 22/23 or 23/24 should continue to use their tags for the upcoming season. For new teams who have not received their accreditation tags, requests should be sent to slafleur@skateontario.org.
For Teams who have misplaced or lost their accreditation tags, replacement tags are available for purchase. Cost of a replacement tag is $25.00. Replacement tag requests should be sent to slafleur@skateontario.org.
